Sean Hao on Confidentiality of Film Tax Credit Info
Honolulu Advertiser business reporter Sean Hao has written another article decrying the confidentiality of information reported on tax credit applications. Hao has complained about this issue in the past with respect to the Act 221 investment tax credit, but has now turned his attention to the new 15-20% production tax credit. We'll have more specific things to say later about the article, but take a look at it yourself in the meantime...
